Acknowledgment of your concern

We’ll send a confirmation message within two business days to inform you that we have received your issue report. The name of the person who will be reviewing the report. In case, the investigation took more than 10 days due to the complexity involved, we will notify you periodically of the progress.

The potential outcomes could involve a refund, credit, replacement, or other remedies – depending on the specific circumstances.
