I have it for breakfast, and it keeps me satisfied throughout the day, so now i consume small dinner plus my protein intake is satisfied. At first, I was hesitant to order it due to some negative reviews about the taste. However, I find the vanilla flavor to be fantastic, especially when mixed with almond milk and a few frozen fruit chunks.
